What is the minimum order?
There is a minimum order of £100 (after VAT/shipping).
We require a minimum spend in order to maintain profitability whilst offering our products at the lowest price possible.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept several forms of payment, including credit/debit card and PayPal.
We also offer PayPal "Pay in 3".
Are your prices exclusive of VAT?
Yes, as we are a wholesaler prices are exclusive of VAT (VAT will be added at checkout).
Is there VAT/import duty on international orders?
Yes, As we are on the UK's Flat Rate VAT Scheme, VAT is applicable to both UK and International orders.
International orders may also incure customs charges (please check your nations import tax rates/thresholds before ordering).
Do you offer credit accounts?
Unfortunately we do not offer credit accounts, however we do offer PayPal Pay-in-3 at checkout (spread your order over 3 monthly payments, interest free).
If an item states "similar to pictured", can I choose which ones I'll receive?
If a product states "similar to pictured", sadly we cannot allow you to pick the exact fossils you will receive. These products are offered at our lowest price and can only be offered at this price point as we do not have to photograph them individually or in groups. In addition, allowing individuals to pick the exact fossils they wish to receive would be unfair to other customers.
