Who Can Apply for a Wholesale Account?
Our wholesale products are available exclusively to trade customers and educational institutions. In order to process your application for a wholesale account we will need a few details about your business or institution.
We are only able to accept requests for wholesale accounts from businesses that are already actively trading. We may periodically check whether businesses with wholesale accounts are still trading and if this is not the case we reserve the right to close the account.
The following types of businesses and institutions may apply for a wholesale account:
Online Stores
Online stores selling fossils or other geological items (e.g. minerals, crystals). Those who trade through eBay and Etsy may also apply (see below).
High Street Shops
Shops selling fossils, minerals and crystals. Gift shops and other related retail outlets may also apply.
Educational Institutions
Schools, colleges, universities and museums. Please note, the first order must be sent to the address of the institution that has registered for an account.
Other Businesses
Other businesses such as vistor centers and manufacturers may also apply for an account. If you have queries, please get in touch.
Minimum Order
There is a minimum order of £100 (after VAT/shipping).
We require a minimum spend in order to maintain profitability whilst offering our products at the lowest price possible.
Payment
We accept several forms of payment, including credit/debit card and PayPal.
We also offer PayPal "Pay in 3" at checkout.
VAT & International Import Charges
Prices are exclusive of VAT.
As we are on the UK's Flat Rate VAT Scheme, VAT is applicable to both UK and International orders.
International orders may also incure customs charges (please check your nations import tax rates/thresholds before ordering).
eBay & Etsy Sellers
We are happy to accept applications for wholesale accounts from eBay and Etsy sellers who have a business account (eBay) or shop (Etsy), as well as evidence of past sales and are actively trading.
Each application will be considered on a case by case basis.
